Good food at reasonable prices, however, like other places always check what your eating. My smashed potatoes came with plastic mixed in. Guess they forgot to remove it when they came out of the microwave??? Manager offered to replace the meal, but the damage had been done.

Not my favorite place to go but I took my mother here because she loves it. The meatloaf was very good, actually. And the service was great. So, if I were to have to go to Cracker Barrel again, this would be my choice for sure.

Well my last time here as Saturday February 1st one day out of the hospital my husband takes me here for some good soft home cooked meal and I eat way slower than him so therefore I also had to ask for gravy that was to come with the meal for my taters and roast and my husband is halfway through his meal and moves his pork chop and there is a black hair Yuck I lost it. The only thing that good that come out of it was I asked for the manager and he took the plates and took care of the bill"

Cracker Barrel always good, hungry for home cooking, excellent service! Get what ever the family wants, Sandwich Salad Soups, I love the cornbread and biscuits!👍🏻

The very best cracker barrel we have ever been to.

Generally a very friendly environment, a nice little store to get small gifts for friends or family, and many antiques strung about. Every now and then I come here with my mum or a friend for lunch/dinner, and I'm very pleased with my food that I order, but there have been several times where my food was cold, and my fries were tough which rarely happens. Other than that, it's a great place. :)

I had an awful experience with two of the workers being rude to my husband and I. I ordered to go and the woman who brought my food out was very seemed to be in a rush to get me to leave and seemed very unhappy. She gave me attitude when I asked for silverware. The man who took the order was very kind and polite over the phone and when I came in a woman who I think was named Kyle or Kaylee or something brought me the food, she had an attitude and didn’t seem too keen to enjoy her job or care for my questions. The other woman was very ill tempered and when my husband I dined in, she took forever to get to our table, brought out the wrong food, and didn’t realize we were out of drinks until we were most of the way finished with our meals. I do not consider ordering from this place or dining in. So far Herbert and Taylor have been the kindest people to sit with. We choose them almost every time we come in, but it’s a lot less now due to the hostile environment we feel.

A great place for friends and or family to sit down and have a good home cooked type meal! Good service and great food! Highly recommended.

The food was great, at a good price, and it was brought out quickly. the waiters were very nice and attentive to your table. It is Over all a great place

Good service as far as people there but when you order food to go the size of the fries you get is extremely small we had a free meal card because of this and I had to buy a side of fries to make it a normal size side of fries.

Consistently good comfort food. Excellent service, food was hot and delicious. The ladies in the gift shop were very knowledgeable and helpful.

There was a group of 7 of us. They said they can't sit over 6 people together due to covid-19, which I can understand but there was a big group that walked out together, definitely more than 6 or 7 of them. We left and went somewhere else that would seat all 7 of us.

We will not go back bc the last 3 times we were there (Danville Ky) we were seated and waited on each time parties of 2, 3, and 4 they waited on their meals came out before ours and the last time we told the hostess (the person who was carrying her iPad) she said I think we got it straightened out and I am sure she didn't have anything straightened out bc we aren't the only ones having a problem to me this is unacceptable so we won't be going back to Danville or even the Bardstown Ky Cracker Barrel.

Mashed potatoes were like too, too, too thick. I realize butter and milk add to the expense of making good mashed potatoes. The chicken and dumplings were delicious but, as an old lady once said,"where's the chicken?" I say that because there was no chicken. The carrots? It's hard to kill a carrot. Server was exceptional! She gets 5 stars. I hope you find my comments helpful as you strive to improve your overall performance as a restaurant.

Stopped in for dessert and brunch the next day. Fast service, homestyle comfort foods with good portions. I had the sampler for brunch which is sweet ham, chicken and dumplings, and meatloaf. meatloaf was ok, but the dumplings shined. Sides were the best part. My daughter loved the size of her cocoa, and my other daughter was happy with open faced roast beef. We played checkers and sat on rocking chairs while waiting.

Very clean & always friendly personnel. Food cooked exactly like ordered. Great place to enjoy a good meal.

My family and I love cracker barrel. We've never had a bad meal in this location. Love sitting next to the fire on cold days and roaming through the shop for fun and new gift ideas

Food was great and it was good to eat out again. However checkout took 15 minutes or longer. Why not open another register. Or paige someone that knows sign language??

Standard cracker barrel fare. But for the live of all thats holy.. Pick up after your diners. Sticky seats and tables almost guaranteed! I know it gets busy.. But really..

I just order 2 breakfast platter there one for my hubby and me, and they hardly gave us any hashbrown casserole, and our biscuits were hard as rocks , and as much as we paid for it we should of got what we ordered, it was nasty food very disappointed, and I will not be ordering here again, the sad thing about it is we live in stanford thats why I didn't go back there to get my money, back.

They are not worth the money the food has no taste or flavor seems like the are cooking for people in a nursing home not the everyday person maybe they should rename the restaurant to the the cracker Senior center there food is high pried and the portion value is not there at all but people go there is it a restaurant or a store where people impulse shop. We go out to eat to have a meal not to be blasted in the face with over priced rockers and clothing and kids stuff

It's Cracker Barrell! What's not to love!? Great food great people and awesome store inside! I bought some of those bottled sodas and had a soda party 🤣! You can't go wrong with this location in KY at all. So welcoming and warm. I loved every second of it and if I'm ever in the area again I'm most certainly stopping in to say thanks and may I have some more! The gravy is 👌

Friendly staff. Food was good, cornbread was a little over cooked. Good sale in the general store on this day. Did have a 30 minute wait, due to social distancing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. My wife had taken the liberty to order us dinner to celebrate Father’s Day and they were prompt at the curb side service but that’s all that was done well. Upon getting home and opening the bag that was taped shut I was without the two bowls of soup I had paid almost an extra $5 for but the food was barely warm. When I called to ask about my order I was left on hold for around 15 minutes. Long enough for me to get up and drive back to the store before they bothered to answer. After expressing my concern over my meal they offered cake and ice cream as an attempt to apologize but when I had gotten home with it, the portion was laughable the spoonful of ice cream had melted and the cake was left upside down in the container. I’m very disappointed in this location and it’s shotty customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere for carry out or there’s a chance you’ll be disappointed as well. Happy Father’s Day...

What a wonderful server! Food was great too as always. We got the table in front of the fire and close to Christmas tree so it made for a very festive night out for my wife and me.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I arrived quite late, and needed to place a to go order. They had me taken care of in no time (it usually takes a while to place a take out order in person). The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, with all the necessary sauces and cutlery that are often forgotten. Great parking area with easy access for RVs.

Food is always top quality and great service! Management goes above and beyond to make sure each guest has a pleasant experience to the best of their ability.
